Navigator: The person or entity steering the ship by procuring Training from STAR GLOBAL ACADEMY.

A – Embracing Registration and Invoicing

  1. Voyage Approval:
    • STAR GLOBAL ACADEMY reserves the prerogative to sail away from accepting a registration request.
    • Upon navigating our website for registration, you’ll either unfurl an automatic tentative confirmation file or receive it through the winds of email. The registration is as uncertain as the tides, subject to availability.
    • Consider a registration request anchored only upon the arrival of an invoice in your communication harbor.

 

  1. Tentative Harbor (TRC OR MTR Tentative Documents):
    • The treasure to partake in a course must adorn our treasure chest (bank account) before the sun sets on the invoice’s expiration date.
    • The document denoting course payment, be it a map or a bank transfer tale, should set sail to our shores before the invoice’s expiration date.
    • STAR GLOBAL ACADEMY retains the right to lower the anchor and deny entry or cancel the tentative registration if the course fee isn’t docked in our bank or if the payment parchment isn’t received by the invoice’s twilight.
    • In case of a stormy cancellation, STAR GLOBAL ACADEMY won’t be held liable for other shipwrecks, and no refunds will be salvaged.
    • However, if the sea remains calm, STAR GLOBAL ACADEMY might offer the participant the chance to embark on the same course virtually.

 

C – Course Fee and Payment

  • The treasure chest (course fee) must overflow before the course sets sail, following the map etched on the invoice.
  • STAR GLOBAL ACADEMY may raise the anchor and refuse entry or cancel the registration if the course fee isn’t uncovered before the course embarks. In such cases, STAR GLOBAL ACADEMY won’t be held responsible for other maritime mishaps.

 

D – Navigating Cancellations & Transfers

  1. Charting the Course:
    • The participant must signal the course’s cancellation through the art of writing.
    • Failure to send a written SOS before the course date will summon the full course fee tempest.
    • A cancellation issued 14 calendar days or more before the course date will still face a fee breeze of 0.00%.
    • A cancellation declared less than 13 calendar days before the course date will weather a storm of 100% course fee.
  2. Passing the Baton:
    • If a participant can’t tread the course waters, they can pass the torch to another soul, but STAR GLOBAL ACADEMY must receive the message in a bottle three days before the course embarkation.
    • Transfers to another course are possible at no extra cost if the signal is sent 10 calendar days or more before the course date, and the new course bears the same treasures (fees).
    • Should a participant’s ship not set sail within 10 calendar days before the course, 100% of the course fee will be demanded.
  3. Uncharted Waters:
    • STAR GLOBAL ACADEMY may decide to hoist the anchor and cancel a course registration post-nominations acceptance. In such cases, full course fees will be repatriated, and STAR GLOBAL ACADEMY ‘s liability will not exceed the course fees’ bounty.
  4. E-Refund Policy
  • Courses abandoned up to 14 days before the embarkation: a full refund of the course fee only.
  • Courses deserted less than 13 days before the journey: the full fee still echoes across the waves (no refund).
  • No sighting on the course date: 100% of the fee still echoes (no refund).
